Submission and presentation guidelines

Summary submission

To submit your summary, please go here.

Submission requires login your account (click the "connexion" tag, at the top right of this page).

• The creation of this account is required for both registration and summary submission.
• If you are still not registered and do not have an existing account, please create it (follow the proposed procedure). If you already have an account on the HAL platform, you must use your HAL credentials.

You will be asked to fill in various fields, including mandatory ones (indicated by *).

• The summary field is limited to 500 words.
• You will be requested to choose one of the 5 research focuses of the Fédération Claude Lalanne (see here for a list)

Presentation guidelines

Invited presentations should not exceed 45 min, including questions.

Regular presentations should not exceed 20 min, including questions.

Slides should be prepared in English

The talk can be presented either in French or in English.

You should provide your presentation file in PDF format.
